摘 要:目的研究齿瓣石斛的化学成分。方法应用硅胶、凝胶和制备液相层析等方法分离得到单体化合物,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从齿瓣石斛体积分数95%乙醇提取物中分离得到25个化合物,分别鉴定为3-羟基-4',5-二甲氧基联苄(1),3,4',5-三羟基-3'-甲氧基联苄(2),3,4',5-三羟基联苄(3),N-反式-香豆酰酪胺(4),N-反式-对羟基苯乙基咖啡酰胺(5),对羟基苯丙酰酪胺(6),N-顺式-香豆酰酪胺(7),2,5-二羟基-4-甲氧基-9,10-二氢菲(8),2,4,7-三羟基-9,10-二氢菲(9),柚皮素(10),二氢松柏醇乙酸酯(11),对羟基桂皮酸乙酯(12),对羟基桂皮酸(13),对羟基苯丙酸(14),对羟基苯甲酸(15),原儿茶酸(16),erigesideⅡ(17),枸橼苦素(18),二氢丁香苷(19),leonuriside A(20),腺苷(21),β-谷甾醇(22),胡萝卜苷(23),(+)-丁香脂素-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(24),蔗糖(25)。结论化合物1~21,24~25均为首次从齿瓣石斛中分离得到,其中,化合物1为首次从石斛属植物中分得,化合物5、7、11、12、18为首次从兰科植物中分得。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Dendrobium devonianum. METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by means of column chromatography with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and prep- HPLC. Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical parameters and spectroscopic data comparison with standard literature data. RESULTS Twenty-five compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of D. devonianum, and identified as 3-hydroxy-4',5-dimethoxybibenzyl (1), tristin ( 2 ), 3,4' ,5-trihydroxybibenzyl ( 3 ), N-trans-coumaroyhyramine ( 4 ), N-trans- caffeoyhyramine ( 5 ), p-hydroxyphenylpropionyhyramine (6), N-cis-coumaroyltyramine ( 7 ), 2,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxy-9, 10-dihydrophenanthrene ( 8 ), 2,4,7-trihydroxy-9, 10-dihydrophenan- threne(9 ), 4', 5,7-trihydroxy-flavonol ( 10), dihydroconifery acetate ( 11 ), ethyl 4-hydroxycinnamate ( 12 ), p-hydroxycinnamic acid ( 13), p-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid( 14), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid( 15 ), protocatechuic acid ( 16), erigeside 1I( 17 ), citrusin C ( 18 ), dihydrosyringin ( 19), leonuriside A (20), adenosine (21),/3-sitosterol (22), daucosterol (23), ( + ) -syringgaresinol-O-/J-D-glucopyranoside(24) and sucrose(25). CONCLUSION Compounds 1 -21 and 24 -25 are obtained from this plant for the first time. Compound 1 is isolated from the Dendrobium genus for the first time. Compounds 5, 7, 11, 12 and 18 are obtained from Orchidaceae for the first time.
