摘　　要：从人力资本生产效应和配置效应的角度出发,提出了一个崭新的人力资本对产业结构变迁影响的内在机制。同时结合广东地区的相关数据,通过实证分析论证该机制在广东产业结构变迁中是否得到体现。实证分析的结论验证了我们提出的人力资本对产业结构变迁的影响机制。The thesis put up a new mechanism about how can human capital influence the industry structure changing which from the view of productive effect and allocative effect of human capital. What＇ s more, the thesis use empirical analysis method to discuss whether the mechanism works which based on data about Guangdong Area. The result of empirical analysis states that the influence of human capital on Guangdong industry structure Changing corresponds to the mechanism we have put up before.
