摘　　要：采用DEA-Tobit模型对2005～2011年间中国信息技术上市公司经营绩效的影响因素进行研究。研究结果表明,信息技术行业的整体绩效并不理想,技术水平是影响全要素生产率的重要因素;上市公司的规模与经营绩效显著负相关;上市年限与经营绩效成正相关。This paper uses DEA - Tobit model to study the influence factors of the listed companies＇ operating performance from 2005 ~ 2011. Empirical results show that the information technology industry＇ s overall perform- ance is not ideal. The volatility of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency makes the comprehensive efficiency generally low. The total factor productivity is more volatile and technical level is also an important influence factor of TFP. The listed company＇s scale and operating performance shows the conspicuous negative correlation. The listed age is also a main influential factor to business performance.
