摘 要:现代农业生产力系统呈现出多因素的趋势,不仅独立的实体性要素的内涵在丰富,而且还拓展出了运筹性的综合要素、渗透性的智力要素、准备性的人力资本要素和生态的控制性要素。独立的实体性要素仍然作为前置的要素对现代农业生产发展起决定性作用,但是生态支撑/约束条件下的生态控制性要素逐步显现。从建国初单纯的机械化,到20世纪60、70年代农业现代化的"四化"推进,再到80、90年代以来全要素生产力系统的拓展,我国60年的农业现代化的历史进程印证了现代农业生产力系统不断深化与拓展的趋势。现代农业发展是一个长期的历史过程、要素不断丰富的系统工程,既不能一蹴而就,也不能单要素偏废。The multi - factor trend of modern agricultural productivity system presents not only that the connota- tion of the entitative element is abounding, but also that the more elements including operational comprehensive ele- ment, penetrative intellective element, preparatory element in connection with human capital, and ecological con- trol element have been developing. The independent entitative element remained as the front of elements is still pla- ying a decisive role in modern agricultural production development, and ecological control elements including both ecological support and ecological constraint conditions are gradually showing. China' s 60 years' agricultural de- velopment route which has been extended from the New China to this day confirms that modem agricultural produc- tive system continued to deepen and expand. Modern agriculture will develop in a long historical process, and we can not fulfill either very swiftly nor only from a single factor.
