摘 要:将自制端氨基超支化聚合物HBP-NH2作为改性剂,采用浸渍法处理蚕丝织物,以利于对改性蚕丝织物进行活性染料无盐染色。Zeta电位测试结果表明改性蚕丝纤维的等电点提高;经红外光谱分析证明改性蚕丝纤维中氨基、酰胺基等碱性基团含量增加;用扫描电子显微镜观察到改性蚕丝纤维表面部分被刻蚀;热重分析可知改性蚕丝纤维的热稳定性稍有下降;X射线衍射测试改性蚕丝纤维的结晶度有所下降。此外,改性蚕丝纤维的吸酸性和吸湿性均有所提高,仅断裂强力稍有下降。综上认为:蚕丝纤维用HBP-NH2改性后,有利于对其进行活性染料无盐染色。The self-made amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer HBP-NH2 was used as a modifying agent to treat silk fabrics by dipping method so as to facilitate dyeing of the modified silk fabrics with salt-free reactive dye.Zeta potential analysis indicated that the isoelectric point of modified silk fiber was improved.Infrared spectrometric analysis indicates that the content of alkaline groups including amino group and amide group in modified silk fiber was increased.Scanning electron microscopic observation indicated that the surface of modified silk was etched.Thermogravimetric analysis indicated that the thermal stability of modified silk declined slightly.X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that the crystallinity of modified silk was declined.In addition,the modified silk fiber had better acid and moist absorbability.Only the breaking strength of it was slightly decreased.In conclusion,after modification with HBP-NH2,silk fiber is easier to be stained by salt-free reactive dye.
