摘 要:通过定量描述柞蚕幼虫体质量增长的轨迹和参数,分析不同柞蚕品种幼虫体质量增长的规律。利用Logistic、Comp-ertz和Bertalanffy 3种生长曲线对5个柞蚕品种幼虫体质量的增长轨迹进行拟合,结果表明Logistic曲线与柞蚕幼虫体质量增长轨迹拟合较好,可用于描述柞蚕幼虫体质量动态增长规律。应用该曲线模型预测不同柞蚕品种幼虫的体质量增长特点,发现柞蚕品种582的幼虫体质量较大且增长迅速,发育整齐度好;宽青的幼虫体质量较小且增长缓慢,龄期经过较短。分析认为,柞蚕幼虫体质量在不同品种之间既有相同的动态增长规律,但在同一发育时期内的体质量增长又存在一定差异。Through quantitatively describing body weight growth track and parameter of the Antheraea pernyi larvae,we analyzed the growth regularity of larval body weight of different varieties.Logistic,Compertz and Bertalanffy growth curves were utilized to fit the growth data of larval body weight for 5 Antheraea pernyi varieties.The result showed that the Logistic curve fitted better to the body weight growth track of Anthareea pernyi larvae,being suitable for describing the body weight growth regularity of Antheraea pernyi larvae.A prediction to larval body weight growth characteristic of different Antheraea pernyi varieties using this curve model revealed that the larval body weight of variety 582 was high,grew rapidly and uniformly.The larval body weight of variety Kuanqing was low,grew slowly and instar duration was short.It is concluded that body weight growth of Antheraea pernyi larvae has the same dynamic growth regularity among different varieties as well as certain difference in the same growth period.
