摘 要:建立精确的线膛炮身管与弹丸模型,基于Adams中的柔性体接触理论,在考虑身管弹性的基础上,建立弹带和弹丸前定心部与身管内膛的接触模型,在该软件平台上分别对弹丸与刚性体线膛炮身管、弹丸与弹性化处理的线膛炮身管的弹炮耦合过程进行动力学仿真,得到两组弹炮耦合时的炮口振动及对应的弹丸运动响应数据。将所得数据进行对比,结合以往事实,说明在研究弹炮耦合时考虑身管弹性的重要性。结果表明该动力学模型在一定程度上表征弹丸与身管之间的作用机理,可以为通过减小身管振动的方法来提高射击精度提供理论参考。Build exact geometry model of rifled gun barrel and projectile and driving band, based on the flex theory of Adams2010 and thought elastic deformation of barrel build two contacts which between driving band and barrel and between nubs and barrel. Made the simulation of projectile-barrel process with rigid barrel and processed elastic barrel on the bench of Adams2010, obtained two array vibration data of muzzle and the center of projectile. Considered the experienced fact and made a contrast of the two array results data to show the importance when do the research of projectile-barrel. The results show that this dynamic model in some depths gives the interaction between projectile and barrel. This research work provides theory guidance and reference for improving shoot accuracy by refrain the vibration of barrel.
