摘  要:在齿轮基本尺寸不变的情况下提高渐开线齿轮强度是一个重要课题。提出一种基于实际物理力学模型的渐开线斜齿轮三维模型空间多齿对同时接触的分析方法,应用Pro/E软件,以齿根过渡曲线分别为典型的双圆弧和单圆弧的两对变位斜齿轮模型为研究对象,按照一定的啮合角度变化,得到全方位接触分析结果,确保齿根弯曲强度结果的较高可靠性。通过对两种齿轮齿根应力的比较得出结论:算例中过渡曲线为双圆弧的齿轮齿根应力约为单圆弧齿轮齿根应力的1.3~1.5倍。最后通过VB(Visual basic)语言对Catia软件进行二次开发的方式仿真加工出上述两种齿轮模型,并在相同条件下进行有限元分析。在仿真加工出齿轮模型的齿根过渡圆弧曲率半径不完全一致的情况下,其齿根应力也满足1.3~1.5倍的结论。该分析方法可为齿根单圆弧齿轮的推广与应用提供基础支持。It has been an important issue on how to improve the strength of gear teeth in the case of not changing their basic size. An analytical method was presented on some pairs of gear teeth that are contacting each other simultaneously. First, the software Pro/E is applied to establish two kinds of gear whose fillet curves are typical double circular and single circular respectively. Second, changes of meshing positions is made to get full contact analysis results. At last, a conclusion was drawn that bending stress on root of double circular gear is 1.3 to 1.5 times bigger than that of single circular gear, that is dedendum single circular gear has better carrying capacity. Moreover, in order to prove the correctness of the conclusion, this two typical gear models were cut out by means of using Catia as redevelop platform and VB ( Visual basic) language as a tool and bending stress was calculated with FEM (finite element method) in the above conditions. Finally, a similar conclusion was drawn as that of gears established with Pro/E. This study provides a good technical support and security for the wide use of dedendum single circular gear.
