摘  要:在工程应用或模型试验中,常有承受均匀径向内压及轴向拉应力的各种圆管结构或压力容器。为降低成本,减少零部件的厚度,设计中常采用相应的肋板结构来提高筒体强度和刚度。而带有纵横向肋板的圆管结构,其力学模型的合理简化对强度分析十分必要。在大型井壁受力模拟试验装置中使用带有纵横向肋板的圆管结构零件——承载筒体,该结构的每一个单元肋格简化为四边固定的矩形平面弹性薄板,并对其进行计算,导出肋板单元的挠度公式,运用弹性薄板小挠度理论导出弹性曲面上各应力分量的表达式。为该结构筒体厚度的确定提供理论依据,也为带肋板结构的零件模型简化提供新的思路。In engineering applications or model tests, the kinds and axial tensile stress are often used. Each rib unit of this structure is simplified rectangular thin plate with four edges clamped to calculate, and the deflection formula of rib unit is derived. Using tiny deflection theory of the elastic thin slab, stress components of elastic surfaces are derived, it provides a theoretical basis for the decision of thickness of the body, and provides a new idea to simplify lbe part model with ribbed plate.
