摘　　要：介绍了钾盐镀锌工艺中与不同主光亮剂组合使用的载体光亮剂,如与苄叉丙酮配合使用的平平加O与硫酸的磺化产物或用聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚经尿素和氨基磺酸磺化而成的载体光亮剂,与邻氯苯甲醛配合使用的壬基酚环氧乙烷加成物和顺丁烯二酸酐与焦亚硫酸的反应产物,以及基于酯化而成的聚醚型表面活性剂的新型载体。评价了各种载体光亮剂的性能。The brightener carriers used for potassium salt- based zinc plating processes using different primary brighteners were introduced, such as the sulfonated product of Peregal-O with H2SO4 and that of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether with urea and sulfamic acid in combination with benzylideneacetone, the nonylphenol- ethylene oxide adduct and the reaction product of maleic anhydride and H2S205 with o-chlorobenzaldehyde. A related novel carrier based on polyether-type surfactant produced by esterification was described. The performances of various brightener carriers were evaluated.
