摘 要:以2-(3,4-环氧环己烷基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基苯基二甲氧基硅烷和γ缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷为主要原料合成了环氧改性有机硅耐高温树脂,采用红外光谱和热重分析研究了合成产物的结构和耐热性能,考察了固化温度对干膜机械性能的影响。实验结果表明,合成的树脂为环氧-苯基甲基有机硅共聚物,其最大热失重温度高于400°C,当固化温度为250~300°C时,其对不锈钢基材的附着力达到1级,硬度为3H,冲击强度50kg·cm。An epoxy-modified organic silicone resin with high temperature resistance was synthesized from 2-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)ethyltn'methoxysilane, methyl-phenyl- dimethoxysilane, and 7-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane. The structure and high temperature resistance of the synthesized product were examined by infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. The effect of curing temperature on mechanical properties of the cured coating was studied. The results showed that the synthesized resin is epoxy--phenyl methyl silicone copolymer, and its maximum weight loss occurs at the temperature higher than 400 ℃. The mechanical properties of the coating cured at 250- 300 ℃ are as tbllows: adhesion strength to stainless steel substrate I grade, hardness 3H, and impact strength 50 kg cm.
