摘 要:以无机磷酸盐为胶黏剂,二硫化钼和石墨为固体润滑剂,利用喷涂法制备二硫化钼基自润滑涂层。试验选取3种喷枪压力值,并且通过改变石墨在二硫化钼中的含量,得到几组自润滑涂层,并利用INSTRON拉压试验机和HSR-2M型高速往复式摩擦磨损试验机分别测试其黏结性和摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:随石墨含量的增加,二硫化钼基自润滑涂层的摩擦因数、磨损量减小,结合强度增大,涂层性能得到明显的改善;当二硫化钼与石墨的配比约为1:1,喷枪压力值为0.2 MPa时,二硫化钼基自润滑涂层的黏结性和摩擦磨损性能最优,此时,二硫化钼与石墨的协同效果达到最佳。The MoSs base self-lubrication coatings were prepared by spraying method with inorganic phosphate as binder, MoS2 or graphite as solid lubricant. Several self-lubrication coatings were obtained by selecting three kinds of spray gun and changing the percentage of graphite in MoS2, and their cohesiveness and friction and wear properties were respectively tested by INSTRON tensile and compression testing machine and HSR-2M speed reciprocating friction and wear tester. The results indicate that the friction coefficients and wear mass loss of MoSs base self-lubrication coating are decreased and bonding strength of coating is increased with the increasing of graphite content, and the properties of MoS2 base self-lubrication coating is obviously improved. The best cohesiveness and friction and wear properties of MoSs base self-lubrication coating are obtained when the ratio of MoSs and graphite is about 1 : 1 and the pressure of spray gun is 0. 2 MPa, and synergistic effect of MoS2 and graphite achieves the best.
