摘  要:水平井裸眼分段压裂作业中,因密封结构不合理,胶筒与井壁的接触强度低,压缩式封隔器常出现胶筒与防凸环接触区域破损,造成封隔器坐封提前失效。根据水平井裸眼分段压裂的工况,将密封结构的防凸环设计为可分离式防凸环,等直径的胶筒组设计为筒形的变径胶筒组,矩形隔环设计为三角形隔环,同时优化了压缩式封隔器的密封结构。新型压缩式封隔器密封结构的可分离式防凸环,加大了防凸环与胶筒的接触面积,增大了胶筒和井壁的接触强度;在相同压缩量时,新型封隔器胶筒的最大表面接触应力是常规封隔器胶筒的1.47倍,提高了压缩式封隔器的坐封能力。In the operating of staged fracturing in open hole horizontal wells ,due to the illogical seal structure and the low surface durability between the rubber barrel and wall of well, the compression packers are usually appeared with broken in contact area of rubber barrel and avertable convex ring, which causes the packers failed to malfunction of premature setting. According to the operational mode of staged fracturing in open hole horizontal wells, a seal structure of avertable convex ring was designed as separable. The rubber barrel group with equal diameter was designed with variable diameter in shape, the rectangle ring was designed as triangular ring, and the seal structure of compression packer was optimized. The contact area of avertable convex ring and rubber sleeve, the contact strength of rubber sleeve and borehole wall are increased for the designed separable avertable convex ring. At the same amount of compression, the maximum surface contact stress of new packer rubber barrel is 1.47 times of the conventional packer rubber barrel, which improves the compression packer setting ability.
