摘　　要：在对各种钻探仪器的密封结构进行研究的基础上,针对江西科学钻探项目的需要,设计出一种新型测斜仪的密封结构,并对其进行实验验证。结果显示该密封结构可以在工作压力为10 MPa的情况下连续工作3.5 h而不泄漏,满足了项目的使用要求,可以为钻探仪器的密封结构设计提供一定的借鉴。A new type sealing structure of inclinometer based on the Jiangxi scientific drilling project was designed, after researching on the seal structure of various drilling instruments. The sealing property of the seal structure was investigated by experiments. The result shows that the seal structure can work continuously 3.5 h without leak under pressure of 10 MPa,which can meet the requirements of the project and provide certain reference for the design of sealing structure of drilling instruments.
