摘  要:针对夹布旋转轴唇形密封圈成型工艺存在的成品不致密和外观缺陷问题,在夹布成型时,采用预压成型提高产品的致密性,采用压制成型提高产品的外缘刚度。同时,通过优化模具结构,使模具加工及模具操作简单,提高生产效率,延长模具的使用寿命。Aimed at the problems caused during the production of fabric enforced rotation axis lip rubber oil seals, such as low fabric part density and appearance defects, the density of the fabric was increased by pre-molding, the outer stiffness of the seal was improved by appropriate pressing during the fabric enforced pre-forming. By optimizing the mold structure, its machining and operation were simplified, production efficiency was improved, and mold service life was increased.
