摘  要:目的以三七剪口提取液中人参皂苷Rg1、Re和三七皂苷R1的含量及转移率为指标,考察酶解渗漉法、传统渗漉法和酶解回流提取法的优劣。方法通过采用三种方法得出的结果,进行有效物质提取量、物料使用量及提取时间的对比。结果传统渗漉与酶解渗漉提取液中Rg1、Re、R1的含量及转移率相当,酶解回流法不能完全提取三七剪口中所含有的Rg1、Re、R1。结论传统渗漉法与酶解渗漉法效果相当,但酶解法较传统渗漉工艺更节约时间和物料,节约乙醇用量的40%。OBJECTIVE To study the advantages and disadvantages of 3 extraction method,including filtration assay,enzymatic hydrolysis filtration assay,enzymatic hydrolysis reflux extraction,based on the content of ginsenoside Rg1,Re and notoginseng R1 in the extract of Panax notoginseng Burk.METHODS We made a comparative study on extraction amount of effective substance,the used amount of materiel and extraction time during the extraction.RESULTS We determined the detection method of Rg1,Re,R1 in Panax notoginseng,and found that the content of Rg1,Re,R1 in enzymatic hydrolysis filtration assay extract and filtration assay extract were uniform,but enzymatic hydrolysis reflux extraction could not collect all the Rg1,Re,R1.CONCLUSION Filtration assay and enzymatic hydrolysis filtration assay have the same effect,but Enzymatic is more economical than the traditional percolation in terms of time and materials,and can save 40% ethanol.
