摘  要:目的采用离子交换色谱间接紫外光度法测定羟乙膦酸钠片中羟乙膦酸钠的含量。方法采用Waters IC-Pak A阴离子交换柱(50 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.03 mol.L-1邻苯二甲酸氢钾溶液,流速0.8 mL.min-1,检测波长290 nm,柱温25℃。结果羟乙膦酸钠0.112~2.187 mg.mL-1与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9995,n=5),平均回收率为99.1%,RSD=0.5%(n=9)。结论所用方法简便、快速,结果准确可靠,可用于羟乙膦酸钠片中羟乙膦酸钠的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish an ion-exchange chromatography with indirect UV detection method to determine the etidronate in Etidronate tablets.METHODS Waters IC-Pak A column(50 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with the mobile phase of 0.03 mol·L^-1 potassium hydrogen phthalate at the detection wavelength of 290 nm,the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1,and the column temperature was 25 ℃.RESULTS Good linearity was achieved in the range of 0.112-2.187 mg·mL^-1(r=0.9995,n=5).The average recovery was 99.1% and RSD was 0.5%(n=9).CONCLUSION The method is simple,fast and accurate for the analysis of Etidronate.
