摘　　要：目的采用HPLC测定艳山姜中的去甲氧基醉椒素。方法色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为水-乙腈(80∶20),流速为1 mL.min-1,检测波长345 nm,柱温25℃。结果去甲氧基醉椒素0.408～2.040μg与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9993);平均回收率为99.15%(RSD=1.20%)。结论所用方法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为艳山姜药材的质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE To determine the demethoxyyangonin in Alpinia zerumbet by HPLC.METHODS Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column was adopted.The mobile phase consisted of water and acetonitrile（80：20） with flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1,the detection wavelength was set at 345 nm,and the column temperature was 25 ℃.RESULTS The linear range of demethoxyyangonin was 0.408-2.040 μg（r=0.9993）.The average recovery was 99.15% with RSD of 1.20%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reliable.It can be used for the quality control of the demethoxyyangonin in Alpinia zerumbet.
