咳嗽特异性生活质量问卷中文版信度效度和反应度评价

摘　　要：目的评价咳嗽特异性生活质量问卷(CQLQ)中文版的信度、效度和反应度。方法选取2011年9月至12月在暨南大学附属第一医院呼吸科门诊因咳嗽就诊的患者86例进行CQLQ中文版测试,根据测量结果分析问卷的信度、效度和反应度。结果问卷的Cronbach'sα系数为0.935,24 h重测信度系数为0.931;身体不适、社会心理问题、职业技能、极端身体不适4个领域得分与问卷总分相关系数比较高(P均>0.8),但情感健康与人身安全恐惧相关系数分别为0.536和0.540。主成分因子分析共提取6个公因子,可解释总变异的66.603%;治疗前后问卷总分效应度达到0.99。结论咳嗽特异性生活质量问卷中文版具有良好的信度和效度,能较好地区分治疗效果。Objective To evaluate the reliability, validity and responsiveness of the Chinese version of cough-specific quality-of-life questionnaire （CQLQ）. Methods A total of 86 patients coming to our hospital because of cough were evaluated using CQLQ and its reliability,validity and responsiveness were analyzed according to the results. Results The Cronbach＇s α coefficient and the 24 h test-retest reliability coefficient of the CQLQ were 0. 935 and 0. 931 respectively. The correlation coefficient between the scores of the four aspects （ including physical complaints, psychosocial issues, functional abilities, and extreme physical complaints） and the total questionnaire score was high （ 〉 0. 8 ）, but the coefficients of emotional well-being and personal safety fears were 0. 536 and 0. 540 respectively. Six common factors were extracted by the factor analysis which defined 66. 603% of the full variation rates. The total score of questionnaire was up to 0. 99 before and after treatment. Conclusion CQLQ has good reliability and validity,which can better distinguish treatment effects.
