摘 要:通过试验研究了膨胀剂掺量对自密实混凝土抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和静力弹性模量等力学性能的影响。结果表明:①随着膨胀剂掺量增加,自密实混凝土抗压强度、轴心抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度先提高后降低,存在峰值,但是其静力弹性模量没有明显的变化规律;②与未掺膨胀剂自密实混凝土相比,掺膨胀剂自密实混凝土28 d的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和静力弹性模量均有不同程度提高;③不管是否掺入膨胀剂,随着龄期增加,自密实混凝土抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和静力弹性模量变化规律基本一致。Influences of expansion agent on mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete such as compressive strength, axial compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and static modulus were carried out through the experimental study.The results showed that : (1)With the increase of expansion agent dosage, the compressive strength, axial compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of self-compacting concrete increased firstly and then decrease.There was a peak value, but its static modulus of elasticity had no significant variation with the increase of expansion agent dosage, when expansion agent was added to the concrete as a substitute for cementing materials.(2)Compared with self-compacting concrete without expansion agent, the 28 d compressive strength, 28 d axial compressive strength, 28 d tensile strength and 28 d static modulus of elasticity of the self-compacting concrete mixed with expansive agent had improved in different degrees.(3)Whether or not the expansion agent was added to the concrete, the variations of compressive strength, axial compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and static modulus of self-compacting concrete were basically identical with the increasing age.
