摘　　要：对建筑抹灰砂浆耐久性的影响因素进行了试验和分析,结果表明:建筑抹灰砂浆掉粉的原因是砂浆中引入了过多的气泡、水泥含量太少和砂浆中没掺保水材料;砂浆开裂或空鼓是由于砂浆中水泥含量太多,导致砂浆的收缩大和弹性模量大而造成的。提高建筑抹灰砂浆耐久性的措施是控制砂浆适宜的强度等级和较低的收缩率和弹性模量。Analysis and experiment on the affecting factors of rendering mortar in building were carried on in this study.The results showed that the powdering of rendering mortar was caused by excessive bubble and inadequate cement content and no water-retaining agent in rendering mortar.The cracking and hollowing of rendering mortar were caused by the higher linear shrinkage rate and elastic modulus produced by excessive cement content in rendering mortar.The improving measures of the durability of rendering mortar were that there were moderate strength grade and the lower linear shrinkage rate and elastic modulus.
