掺石灰石粉的自流平水泥基地坪砂浆性能的试验研究

摘　　要：对掺石灰石粉的自流平水泥基地坪砂浆性能进行了试验研究。研究结果表明：当石灰石粉替代细河砂小于10%~15%或替代粉煤灰小于20%时,有利于砂浆的和易性和强度的发展,这时石灰石粉具有明显的填充作用和成核作用;石灰石粉完全替代粉煤灰也可配制性能符合要求的自流平水泥基地坪砂浆。Experimental study on properties of self-leveling floor cement mortar containing limestone powder was carried on in this study.The research results showed that the development of the workability and compressive and flexural strength was beneficial when the content of replacing fine river sand and fly-ash by limestone powder was less than 10%-15% and 20% respectively while the limestone powders play a significant filling and nucleating role in cement mortar.The properties of self-leveling floor cement mortar were also satisfied when the fly-ash in cement mortar was fully replaced by limestone powder.
