高品质机制砂大规模生产工艺和质量控制技术研究

摘　　要：基于机制砂替代天然砂战略,根据我国建设用砂发展现状,重点分析了砂质量对混凝土性能的影响。参考GB/T 14684标准,设计了高品质机制砂的生产工艺,并建立了质量控制模型。依据设计方案,高品质机制砂小样试制后的混凝土性能达到甚至部分超过天然砂混凝土性能,可以完全替代天然砂用作混凝土骨料。Based on the strategy of manufactured-sand replace natural-sand and the development of Chinese construction sand, the article analysed the sand quality influence to the concrete＇s performances.Reference GB/T 14684,designed production-technology and construtted the quality-control model of high-quality manufactured-sand.By the scheme, the concrete＇ performances of high-quality manufactured-sand achieve the concrete＇ performances of natural-sand,the high-quality manufactured-sand can be used for the concrete＇s aggregate instead of natural-sand.
