摘 要:通过钢渣微粉活性分析、钢渣骨料的安定性分析以及配合比设计,可配制出综合性能良好的钢渣混凝土。钢渣混凝土中钢渣等固废占30%以上,其中钢渣粉代矿粉15%以上、转炉滚筒钢渣代砂40%以上、电炉钢渣代碎石20%以上。钢渣混凝土28 d力学、耐久性能和普通混凝土相当,抗折强度有明显提高。在上海某护岸工程中应用钢渣混凝土,预制桩中钢渣混凝土对比普通混凝土,28 d抗压强度提高8%,28 d抗折强度提高12%,试验段基桩均达到1类桩要求。在胸墙混凝土对比试验中,钢渣混凝土比普通混凝土28 d抗压强度提高4.3%、360 d抗压强度提高17.2%、28 d抗折强度提高3.7%、56 d氯离子渗透能力达低等水平,抗渗等级提高1个等级。试点工程证明,经科学配制的钢渣混凝土满足一般护岸工程设计和施工要求。Through the steel slag fine powder activity analysis and steel slag aggregate stability analysis and mix design, the steel slag concrete with good comprehensive performance was made up.The steel slag concrete had more than 30% solid waste such as the steel slag and so on.With the steel slag powder substituting above 15% blast furnace slag powder and the converter roller steel slag substituting above 40% sand and steel slag from electric furnace substituting above 20% macadam,the 28 d mechanic and endurance of steel slag concrete were close to common concrete.The flexural strength of steel slag concrete increased significantly.In Shanghai a certain revetment engineering application in steel slag concrete,precast pile of steel slag concrete contrast ordinary concrete,28 d compressive strength increased by 8% ,28 d flexural strength increased by 12% The test section base pile reached 1 category.In the breast wall concrete contrast test, the steel slag concrete contrast ordinary concrete, compressive strength (28 d) increased by 4.3%, the compressive strength ( 360 d) increased by 17.2%, the flexural strength (28 d) increased by 3.7% and anti-permeability rating increased by one level, 56 d resistance to chloride ion penetration ability reached low level.Pilot project proved that the steel slag concrete with scientific compound meet the design and construction demands of general bank protection engineering.
