摘 要:首先提出了目标年中压配电网规划实用方法的总体思路;然后提出了"区块化链式"的组网原则,将变电站供区进一步划分为数个供电区块,不同变电站的相邻供电区块可互为备用;基于"区块化链式"的组网原则,提出了一种目标年10 kV馈线路径规划实用方法:采用冗余网格动态减少方法划分供电区块并定位其虚拟负荷点,之后引入最小生成树算法得到10 kV馈线的规划路径,最后由人工干预得到详细的馈线沿街道供电方案。通过算例表明文中提出的方法是可行的。Firstly, an overall thinking of a practical method for medium voltage distribution network planning in target year is proposed; then a principle of chained blocks is applied in the distribution network composition, namely the power supply region of a substation is further divided into several blocks and the blocks supplied by the same transformer are connected via tie switches to form a chain structure, and adjacent blocks supplied by different substations can be standby each other. Based on such a network composition principle, a practical method for the path planning of 10 kV feeders in target year is put forward, that is, the blocks are divided by dynamically decreasing redundant mesh and the virtual load points are located, then the path planning of 10 kV feeders is determined by minimal spanning tree (MST), finally through manual intervention a detailed power supply scheme of feeders along streets is achieved. Applying the proposed method to the planning of a certain 10kV distribution network in target year, the obtained results show that the proposed method is applicable.
