摘 要:水稻结实期茎叶部非结构性物质向穂部再转移对于提高水稻结实率具有重要的生理作用,为了探讨非结构性物质再转移能力的评价方法,以种植于海南的7个水稻品种为材料,研究遮光条件下穗部干物质增加速率与结实期茎叶部干物质减少速率、非结构性物质含量减少速率、非结构性物质积累量减少速率的关系。结果表明:茎叶部干物质减少速率、非结构性物质含量的减少速率、非结构性物质积累量减少速率1、非结构性物质积累量减少速率2与穗部干物质增加速率之间存在显著的回归关系,非结构性物质积累量减少速率2的回归系数0.792 5最大,其次为非结构性物质含量的减少速率的回归系数0.732 8。利用结实期茎叶部非结构性物质积累量减少速率2和非结构性物质含量的减少速率更快捷客观地评价水稻非结构性物质再转移能力。Translocation of the non-structural matter from stem to panicle at grain-filling stage improved seed setting rate in rice. In order to study the evaluation methodology of translocation capability of the non-structural matter, the relationship among reducing rate of dry matter, reducing rate of non-structural matter content, reducing rate of non-structural matter accumulation in stem and increasing rate of dry matter in panicle was studied using 7 rice varieties planted in Hainan. The results indicated that the increasing rate of dry matter in panicle had significant regression relationship with reducing rate of dry matter, reducing rate of non-structural matter content, reducing rate of non-structural matter accumulation 1 and 2 in stem. For regression coefficient, the maximum value of 0.792 5 was found between increasing rate of dry matter in panicle and reducing rate of non-structural matter accumulation 2. The second maximum value of 0.732 8 was found between increasing rate of dry matter in panicle and reducing rate of non-structural matter content. Reducing rate of non-structural matter content and non-structural matter accumulation 2 were made as the evaluation methodology of translocation capability of the non-structural matter were easier and faster.
