摘 要:对石灰、粉煤灰和集料配比同为4∶12∶84的5种粗集料配制的骨架密实结构石灰粉煤灰稳定碎石进行了抗压、抗折强度、抗压回弹模量和收缩系数试验。试验结果表明:粗集料级配不同时,混合料试件的抗压强度、抗折强度、抗压回弹模量以及温缩、干缩系数存在差异,单一粒径粗集料组成的石灰粉煤灰稳定碎石抗压强度和抗压回弹模量相对较小,平均温缩、干缩系数较大。而粗集料采用多级嵌挤级配或连续级配的石灰粉煤灰稳定碎石抗压强度和抗压回弹模量相对较大,平均温缩、干缩系数稍小,具有更佳的力学和抗裂性能。The tests of compressive strength, bending strength, compressive resilient modulus and shrinkage coefficient for 5 kinds of skeleton-closed lime-fly-ash stabilized crushed stone, in proportion as 4: 12:84 (lime: fly-ash: aggregate) are conducted. The experimental results show that (1) the compressive strength, bending strength, compressive resilient modulus, temperature shrinkage coefficient and dry shrinkage coefficient of mixture specimen vary with different coarse aggregate gradations, lime-fly-ash stabilized crushed stone with single size coarse aggregate has smaller compressive strength and compressive resilient modulus but larger average temperature shrinkage coefficient and dry shrinkage coefficient; (2) the lime-fly-ash stabilized crushed stone with multilevel built-in gradation or continuous gradation has larger compressive strength and compressive resilient modulus but smaller average temperature shrinkage coefficient and dry shrinkage coefficient. It has better mechanical and anti-cracking properties.
