摘 要:为研究浇注式沥青混合料级配性能,采用室内试验的方法,以沥青胶浆理论为基础,通过变动关键筛孔通过率并结合贝雷设计法3参数,研究GA10沥青混合料级配对性能的影响;通过改变沥青种类以及沥青用量,研究了不同沥青粘度和沥青用量对GA10性能的影响;通过变换集料种类,研究了集料棱角性对沥青混合料的性能影响。结果表明:在保证粉胶比相同的情况下,0.075、2.36 mm和4.75 mm筛孔通过率对GA10路用性能影响显著;使GA10级配的贝雷设计法3参数接近于推荐值范围,能够提高其高温稳定性,但低温性能同时有所下降,而且CA似乎不受推荐范围的限制,表现出越低高温性能越好的趋势;沥青胶浆的比例是影响流动性的主要原因,当0.075 mm筛孔通过率达到25%以上时,沥青粘度和含量也有显著影响;使用棱角性较强的集料能够提高GA10的高温稳定性和低温抗裂性,但流动性略有降低。In order to discuss the gradation performance of gussasphalt mixture for steel bridge deck paving, through laboratory experiments and according to 3 parameters of Bailey design method to observe the performance fluctuations of GA10 affected by the gradation. Additionally, the asphalts with different viscosities and contents are adopted to test the corresponding GA10 performance change, and different types of aggregate are used to analyze the effect of angularity on GA10 performance. The result indicates that ( 1 ) the aggregate percentages passing 0. 075 mm, 2. 36 mm and 4. 75 mm size sieves have obvious effect on the performance of GA10; (2) the high-temperature stability can be improved when the 3 parameters of Bailey design method are close to recommended intervals, but the low temperature property is declined, and the CA ratio seems to be irrelative to the recommended interval, and shows better high-temperature stability with the reducing of it all along; (3) the fluidity of GA10 mainly resulted from ratio of asphalt mortar, and the ratio and viscosity of asphalt also has obvious impact on GA10 performance when the aggregate percentage passing 0. 075 mm size sieve reaches 25% or higher; (4) strong aggregate pointedness benefits the thermal performance of the gussasphalt and the low-temperature anti-cracking property while the fluidity is decreased.
