摘 要:采用支架现浇施工的系杆拱桥,主梁落架后结构的边界约束易于模拟计算,该阶段下利于吊杆索力的调整计算。以主梁落架后实测索力为吊杆初始索力,该阶段下设计理论索力值为吊杆调整索力,采用影响矩阵计算方法,考虑张拉过程中主梁及主拱圈应力、位移的约束条件,同时兼顾实际张拉施工张拉次数及张拉顺序的要求,完成了南昌云飞路大桥吊杆张拉索力的调整计算。张拉完成后实测结果表明:采用该方法对吊杆索力调整张拉后,原索力偏差较大、全桥索力分布不均等情况大为改善,验证了该方法在实际工程中的有效性。同时,该方法可推广至其他索吊结构的索力调整计算中。As the boundary conditions of support cast-in-place tied arch bridge are easily simulated after removing temporary supports, this construction stage is best for adjustment calculation of cable forces. Regarding measured cable forces as initial cable forces in suspenders, theoretical cable forces as adjustment tensions after removing temporary supports, with influence matrix method, considering the deformations and stresses of the main beam and main arch in tensioning stage as well as the order and the times of tensioning, the cable tension adjustment calculation of Nanehang Yunfei road bridge is performed. The measured result shows that the tension deviation and uneven tension distribution are improved greatly after adjusting cable force with this method, thus the effectiveness of the method in practical engineering is verified. And the method can be extended to cable force adjustment of other type of cable structure.
