摘 要:目的探讨七情配伍中相使药对的药性组合规律。方法在全面收集、整理相使药对信息的基础上,基于ACCESS平台构建数据库,进而应用数据挖掘软件Enterprise Miner中的关联规则算法,分析相使药对的药性组合规律。结果相使药对的常见药性组合模式包括:温辛脾一温辛肝、温辛脾一温辛脾、温辛胃一温辛脾、寒苦肝一寒苦肺、温辛脾胃一温辛肝脾等。结论相使药对两药之间的药性具有一定吻合度,这在一定程度上验证了相使配伍的涵义。Objective To investigate the compatibility principle of mutual-assistant drug pairs. Methods The drug pairs of mutual-assistant were collected from Compendium of Material Medica, which were used for building database based on the ACCESS platform. Then we carried out the analysis of the regularity of the mutual-assistant drug pairs by the association rules of Enterprise Miner. Results The frequently-used drug pairs of mutual-assistant were: "warm, pungent, spleen"-"warm, pungent, liver"; "warm, pungent, stomach"-"warm, pungent, spleen"; "cold, bitter, liver"-"cold, bitter, lung"; ''warm, pungent, spleen, stomach"-and ''warm, pungent, liver, pungent". Conclusion From this study, we concluded that the compatibility of mutual-assistant can reinforce the effects of traditional Chinese medicine on some extent.
