摘　　要：从艾灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床与实验研究两方面,对近10余年来的国内外相关文献进行了综述。临床研究方面,分析了不同灸法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效;实验研究方面,从免疫调节,基因表达调控,防治肠纤维化,以及溃疡性结肠炎常用经穴物理特性等不同角度进行分析综述,提出应从优化针灸临床腧穴配伍和探索应用特色灸法的可行性着手,提高灸法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。This paper summarized related literatures about the clinical and experimental research of moxibustion in the treatment of ulcerative colitis in China and abroad. In terms of the clinical research, diverse methods of moxibustion for ulcerative colitis were analyzed, whilein the experimental research, we made summary through immunoregulation, regulation of gene expression, prevention of colonic fibrosis, physical property of the common used acupoints for ulcerative colitis, and then made a conclusion that acupoint compatibility should be optimized and the feasibility of using characteristic moxibustion therapy should be explored so as to improve the clinical efficacy of moxibustion for ulcerative colitis.
