参草通脉颗粒治疗慢性心衰临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参草通脉颗粒治疗慢性心衰的疗效。方法:观察40例慢性心衰患者,并随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组20例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用参草通脉颗粒,用药疗程均为3个月,比较两组患者治疗前后心功能疗效、LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD及E/A比值的变化。结果:两组治疗方案均能改善心衰患者的心功能,提高LVEF,缩小LVEDD、LVESD,改善E/A比值,且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:参草通脉颗粒治疗气虚血瘀型慢性心衰疗效显著,可明显提高患者的左室射血分数,缩小LVEDD、LVESD,改善E/A比值,改善心功能。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect in treatment of chronic heart failure with Shencao Tongmai Granules. Methods：gO cases of chronic heart failure patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, while treatment group was given in the conventional treatment of Western medicine combined with Shencao Tongmai Granules for 3 months. The left ventricular function effect before and after treatment, LVEF, LVEDD, LVESD and E/A ratio changes were compared. Results：The two groups both can improve heart function of patients with heart failure, improve LVEF, reduce LVEDD and LVESD, and improve the ratio of E/A, and the treatment group was better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：Treating qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic heart failure with Shencao Tongmai granules can improve the patients＇left ventricular ejection fraction significantly, reduce LVEDD, LVESD, improve E/A ratio and improve heart function. The therapeutic effect is remarkable.
