地黄止痉汤治疗中风后吞咽困难的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨地黄止痉汤治疗中风后吞咽障碍的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将63例中风后吞咽障碍患者随机分为对照组(n=31)和治疗组(n=32),对照组予以常规康复治疗(吞咽训练与电刺激);治疗组在常规康复治疗的基础上予以地黄止痉汤治疗;于治疗前及治疗后28天采用洼田饮水试验分别对两组患者进行吞咽功能评定,观察两组患者的临床疗效、吞咽困难的改善情况和安全性。结果:治疗组的总有效率为78.12%,对照组为54.83%;两者比较有显著差异性(P<0.05);两组在吞咽困难的改善方面,治疗组明显优于对照组,两者比较有显著差异性(P<0.05);在安全性方面,两组患者均未见明显的不良反应。结论:地黄止痉汤治疗中风后吞咽障碍是安全有效的方法。Objective：To evalute the clinical efficacy and safety of Dihuangzhijing deeoetiuon in the treatment of post stroke dysphagia. Method： 63 Patients with post stroke dysphagia were randomly assigned to the control group （ n = 31 ） and the treatment group （ n = 32 ）. The control group were treated by conventional rehabilitation methods （ Swallowing training and electrical stimulation）, while the treatment group were treated by Dihuang Zhijing decoction plus swallowing training and electrical stimulation. Before treatment and after 28 days treatment, swallowing function assessment were taken by using the clinical effective rate, water - swallowing test, and adverse effects. Result ： The total effective rate was 78.12% in the treatment group and 54.83% in the control group after 28 days treatment. There is a significant differenees between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . In terms of water - swallowing test, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improvement of post stroke dysphagia（ P 〈0.05 ）. Patients in both groups showed no significant adverse events. Conclusion： Dihuang Zhijing decoction was a effective and safe treatmentfor post stroke dysphagia.
