芪蛭通络方配合经筋排刺法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芪蛭通络方配合经筋排刺法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效。方法:将150例患者随机分为两组,治疗组80例口服自拟芪蛭通络方配合经筋排刺法,对照组70例口服根痛平,均治疗2周后观察各组VAS评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪蛭通络方配合经筋排刺法治疗神经根型颈椎病具有良好的临床疗效。Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of qizhitongluofang cooperates with jingjinpaicifa to treatment the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods：lSO patients were divided into two groups randomly. The eighty patients of therapy group were treated with taking qizhitongluofang cooperates with jingjinpaicifa, the seventy patients of control group take gentongping. Oberve the visual analog scale（VAS） for pain and clinical effect of two groups after two weeks. Rsults ： Clinical efficacy of treatment group is superior to the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） , the visual analog scale（VAS） for pain of two groups after treatment were statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Qizhitongluofang cooperates with jingjinpaicifa on the treatment of the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy With good clinical efficacy.
