肠胃清对奥沙利铂治疗结肠癌的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察肠胃清对奥沙利铂治疗结肠癌的影响。方法:采用皮下接种构建结肠癌lovo细胞异位瘤模型,运用肠胃清及奥沙利铂(L-OHP)干预,观察L-OHP对裸鼠体重及移植瘤体积的影响及肠胃清对L-OHP治疗效果的影响。结果:肠胃清低、中、高剂量组裸鼠体重依次降低,但均高于联合组及L-OHP组,L-OHP组最低,且与生理盐水组、肠胃清低剂量组差异显著(p依次为0.033,0.044);肠胃清低、中、高剂量组裸鼠体重减轻幅度依次增高,但均低于联合组及L-OHP组,联合组略低于L-OHP组。肠胃清低、中、高剂量组肿瘤体积依次减小,但均大于L-OHP组及联合组,联合组体积最小,抑瘤率最大,与生理盐水组差异显著(P=0.011)。结论:肠胃清具抑制肿瘤生长的作用,对奥沙利铂治疗结肠癌有减毒增效作用。Objective ： To determine the effect of Changweiqing （CWQ） on oxaliplatin treating colon cancer. Methods ： Colon cancer lovo cells ectopic tumor model was built by inoculating subcutaneous in order to assess the changes of the weight of nude mice and tumor volumes with L - OHP, and observe the efficacy of L - OHP with CWQ. Results ： The weights of nude mice with the low, medium and high dose groups of CWQ were reduced successively, but their weights were more than the weights of combined group and L - OHP group, the reduced degree of nude mice weights with low, medium and high dose groups of CWQ was increasing sequentially, however, it was lower than that of L - OHP group and combined group. Compared with L - OHP group, the combined group was little lower. The volumes of nude mice with the low, medium and high dose groups of CWQ were smaller successively, but they were more than those of combined group and L - OHP group, the group with least volume was the combined group, which inhibition rate was the most significant among the groups, it had obvious difference compared with control group（P = 0. 011 ）. Conclusion： CWQ has some function for inhibiting the growth of colon cancer, and it has synergistic function with L - OHP when treating Colon cancer.
