不同浓度参黄祛毒方熏洗液对混合痔手术后促愈作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同浓度参黄祛毒方熏洗液对混合痔术后创面的促愈作用,以明确其最佳浓度。方法将120例混合痔术后患者随机分为参黄祛毒方熏洗液高、中、低浓度组各40例。所有患者均于术后第1天开始,每日9点、16点肛门局部熏洗各1次,共治疗14天。比较各组患者伤口愈合情况以及平均住院日和创面完全愈合天数。结果中浓度组的总有效率95%、平均住院日为(16.17±2.16)天、创面完全愈合天数为(26.56±2.89)天,各指标均明显好于高浓度组和低浓度组(均P<0.05)。结论参黄祛毒方熏洗液可有效促进混合痔术后创面愈合,中浓度为其最佳浓度。Objective：To explore the recovery effect of Shenhuangqudu prescription fuming-washing solution in different concentrations on wound healing after mixed hemorrhoid surgery,and figure out the optimum concentration.Methods One hundred and twenty cases after mixed hemorrhoid surgery were randomly divided into a high-,a medium-and a low-concentration of Shenhuangqudu prescription fuming-washing solution group（Group H,M and L）,40 cases in each one.From the 1st day after the operation,fuming-washing therapy was applied around anus for all patients at 9 a.m.and 4 p.m.respectively,and 14 days were required.The condition and number of wound healing days,average length of stay in each group were compared respectively.Results In the Group M,the total effective rate was 95%,the average length of stay was（16.17±2.16） days and the time of wound healing was（26.56±2.89） days,each index was significantly better than that in the Group H and L（all P0.05）.Conclusion Shenhuangqudu prescription fuming-washing solution could effectively improve wound healing after the mixed hemorrhoid surgery,and the medium concentration is the optimum concentration.
