四黄祛毒方坐浴治疗血栓外痔的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察四黄祛毒方熏洗治疗血栓外痔的临床疗效。方法将80例血栓外痔患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例,治疗组采用中药四黄祛毒方坐浴治疗,对照组采用高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗,比较2组患者的临床总疗效、治疗后疼痛评分、疼痛完全缓解时间及血栓痔核完全消失时间。结果治疗组总有效率、治疗后疼痛评分、疼痛完全缓解时间及血栓痔核完全消失时间与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四黄祛毒方坐浴治疗血栓外痔优于传统的高锰酸钾溶液坐浴。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sihuangaqudu prescription hip bath for thrombus external hemorrhoids.Methods Eighty cases of thrombotic external hemorrhoids were randomly divided into a treatment group（n=40） that was treated by hip bath of Sihuangaqudu prescription and a control group（n=40） of potassium permanganate solution.The total clinical efficacy,pain score after treatment,the time for complete remission of pain and the complete obliteration of thrombotic hemorrhoids were compared in the two groups.Results The total effective rate,pain score after treatment,the time for complete remission of pain and the complete obliteration of thrombotic hemorrhoids in the treatment group all had significant difference when compared with those in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion The hip bath of Sihuangaqudu prescription has a better effect on thrombus external hemorrhoids than that of traditional potassium permanganate solution.
