消痔灵注射结合外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察消痔灵注射结合外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法将240例环状混合痔患者随机分为2组,治疗组180例,对照组60例,治疗组采用消痔灵注射结合外剥内扎术,对照组采用外剥内扎术,对比观察2组患者疗效,术后疼痛、创缘水肿、出血、肛门坠胀、尿潴留、皮赘残留、肛门狭窄等并发症发生情况,痔核扎线脱落时间,创面愈合时间。结果组间总有效率,术后肛门坠胀、肛门狭窄等并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。组间术后疼痛积分、创缘水肿、出血、尿潴留、皮赘残留等并发症,术后痔核扎线脱落时间,创面愈合时间等比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消痔灵注射结合外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔优于传统的外剥内扎术。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaozhiling injection combined with Milligan-Morgan operation on circular mixed hemorrhoid.Methods Two hundred and forty cases of circular mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into two groups,a treatment group（n=180） that was treated by Xiaozhiling injection combined with Milligan-Morgan operation,and a control group（n=60） that was treated by single Milligan-Morgan operation.The efficacy and complication including postoperative pain,swelling around the edge of wound,bleeding,anal pendant expansion,retention of urine,remaining wart and anal stricture,as well as the time for dropping hemorrhoid lines and wound healing were observed to compare.Results There was no significant between-group difference in the total effective rate,anal pendant expansion and anal stricture（P0.05）;while there was significant between-group difference in the complications of pain score,swelling around the edge of wound,bleeding,retention of urine and remaining wart,as well as the time for dropping hemorrhoid lines and wound healing（P0.05）.Conclusion The therapy of Xiaozhiling injection combined with Milligan-Morgan operation is superior to the traditional Milligan-Morgan operation.
