半导体激光治疗仪局部照射配合康复新液纱条外敷对肛肠术后创面促愈作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察半导体激光治疗仪局部照射配合中药康复新液纱条外敷对肛肠病术后创面愈合的影响。方法将240例肛肠病术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各120例。对照组术后第1天起常规换药后予以中药康复新液纱条外敷,治疗组则于术后第1天起以半导体激光治疗仪对术后创面进行局部照射,观察2组患者术后疼痛、水肿、创面愈合的情况。结果治疗组术后第3天基本无疼痛或轻度疼痛者113例(94.17%),对照组为98例(81.67%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后第7天创缘水肿消退106例(88.33%),对照组为92例(76.67%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半导体激光治疗仪局部照射配合中药康复新液纱条外敷可显著促进肛肠病术后创面愈合。Objective To observe the recovery effect of local irradiation of semiconductor laser therapeutic apparatus combined with Kangfuxin solution gauze external application after anorectal operation.Methods Two hundred and forty cases of postoperation on anorectal diseases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,120 cases in each one.The control group was treated by Kangfuxin gauze external application besides the routine dressing since the 1st day after operation,and on the basis treatment of the control group,the treatment group was treated by local irradiation of semiconductor laser therapeutic apparatus.The condition of postoperative pain,swelling and wound healing was observed in both groups.Results There were 113 cases（94.17 %） in the treatment group and 98 cases（81.67 %） in the control group with little or mild pain at the 3rd day after operation,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）;at the 7th day after operation,the swelling around the edge of wound subsided in the treatment group with 106 cases（88.33 %） and in the control group with 92 cases（76.67 %）,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）;the time of wound healing in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The therapy of local irradiation of semiconductor laser therapeutic apparatus combined with Kangfuxin solution gauze external application could remarkably improve the recovery effect on postoperation of anorectal diseases.
