摘  要:提出了一种电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)快速测定铬铁中主成分铬含量的方法。采用碳酸钠和过氧化钠在锆坩埚内熔融样品,硫酸浸取熔块,根据采集多条铬谱线数据,以稳定的铬谱线作为分析线,采用漂移校正和标准物质校正技术,有效地解决了铬铁中主成分铬含量的ICP-OES测定。对高碳铬铁、低碳铬铁、微碳铬铁、炭素铬铁的标准物质样品中铬进行测定,测定值和认定值相差均小于0.3%(质量分数),测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=7)在0.13%~0.43%之间。A method was proposed for fast determination of major component chromium in ferrochromium by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).Sodium carbonate and sodium peroxide were used to melt the chromium iron sample in zirconium crucible and sulfide acid was used for leaching the melt.According to the various chromium lines collected,some stable lines of them were used as analysis line.The ICP-OES determination of major component chromium in ferrochromium was effectively solved by drift correction and standard material correction technology.The certified standard materials including high carbon ferrochromium,low carbon ferrochromium,micro carbon ferrochromium and carbon ferrochromium were analyzed.The difference between the testing value and the certified value was less than 0.3% and the RSD(n=7) was 0.13%-0.43%.
