摘 要:以Al2O3为载体,Pd为活性组分,Ag和Li为助剂,制备碳四馏分选择性加氢脱除丁二烯催化剂,并对催化剂进行XPS、TPR和TPD表征。结果表明,加入助剂Ag使Pd的电子云密度升高,而加入助剂Li使催化剂表面酸中心数量减少。催化剂评价结果表明,加入助剂Ag和Li后,催化剂的1-丁烯双键异构活性降低,加氢选择性提高。Using alumina as the support, Pd as the active component, and silver and lithium as the additives, the catalysts for the selective hydrogenation of C4 fractions to remove butadiene were prepared, and were characterized by XPS, TPR and TPD. The characterization results showed that the electron cloud density of palladium metal increased after adding silver and the amount of acidic sites on the catalyst sur- face reduced after adding lithium. The evaluation results of hydrogenation reaction indicated that the cata- lyst possessed excellent selectivity to butadiene and lower isomerization of 1-butene after adding silver and lithium.
