摘  要:中国石油化工股份有限公司石油化工科学研究院为进一步提高柴油加氢脱硫催化剂性能,降低催化剂成本,增强市场竞争力,成功开发了新型NiMo类柴油超深度加氢脱硫RS-1100催化剂,并进行了工业生产,获得成功应用。中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司工业应用结果表明,RS-1100催化剂在较低反应温度下具有较高的脱硫、脱氮活性,能够满足生产国Ⅲ和国Ⅳ标准柴油要求。中国石油化工股份有限公司沧州分公司工业应用结果表明,RS-1100催化剂具有良好的加氢脱硫和加氢脱氮活性,能够满足生产国Ⅲ标准柴油要求,并有进一步提高油品质量的空间。To further improve the catalyst performance, reduce the cost of the catalysts and enhance the market competitiveness of the catalysts, Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals of Sinopec successfully developed a new Ni-Mo catalyst RS-1100 for diesel ultra deep hydrodesulfurization. The application of the catalyst RS-1100 produced in factories was successful. The results of the catalyst appli- cation in Sinopec Jinan Company showed that RS-1100 catalyst at the lower reaction temperature had higher activity of hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrification, and could meet the requirement of State HI and State IV standards for diesel production. The results of the catalyst application in Sinopec Cangzhou Company indicated that the new generation of RS-1100 catalyst possessed good hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrification activity, and could meet the requirement of State m standards for diesel production. The quality of diesel may be improved.
