摘　　要：以温氏集团为例,从提高农村整体经济收入、推动新农村建设,增加农民收入、提升生活水平,拓宽农民就业渠道、促进村民就业,提升村民养殖技术、提高村民整体素质,改变传统养殖模式、推动养殖产业现代化发展,发展绿色生产、降低环境破坏等方面,分析农业龙头企业对农村经济社会发展的主要贡献。得到企业发展目标应与农村发展目标相互相承,企业发展要以村民发展为前提;企业科技创新能力要持续增强等启示。In this paper, Wings Group, the agricultural leading enterprise, is taken as an example, and its major contribution to the economic and social development of rural areas is analyzed. Its contribution is mainly reviewed from the following aspects： improvement in the overall rural income, promotion of the new rural construction; enhancement of villagers＇ income and living standard; facilitation of rural employment; optimization of agriculture techniques and overall rural literacy; modernization of traditional agriculture patterns and the whole agriculture industry; generalization of green production and reduction of environment damage. From the points above, it can be concluded that the corporate objectives should complement to the rural development goals, that the premise of enterprise development is based on the villagers＇ individual development, and that the technological innovation needs to be consistently strengthened.
