摘　　要：目的合理使用抗菌药物,预防控制医院感染。方法依据国家、军队、属地抗菌药物合理使用标准,监测院区抗菌药物联合使用、处方金额占总比、使用率与处方比、DDDs排序及同比增长速度等数据。结果临床使用抗菌药物合理、规范。结论医院感染控制办公室较好地监测干预临床抗菌药物使用,预防控制医院感染。Objective To use reasonable anti-virus medicine and to prevent and control nosocomial infection. Methods According to the national, army, and regional anti-virus medicine reasonable use standard, the anti-virus medicine combined utilization, the total ra- tio of prescription amount of money, utilization rate and prescription ratio, DDDs sort and year-on-year growth data were monitored in hospital area.Results Clinical use of anti-virus medicine was reasonable and standard.Conclusion Nosocomial infection controlling of- fice can do well in monitoring and intervening clinical anti-virus medicine use in order to prevent and control nosocomial infection.
