摘　　要：目的探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液联合血栓通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 112例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液与血栓通联合治疗,对照组采用血栓通注射液常规治疗。结果治疗组总有效率92.86%,对照组总有效率78.57%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液与血栓通注射液联合治疗脑梗死疗效显著,无明显不良反应,能进一步提高急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection with Xueshuantong injection to treat a- cute cerebral infarction.Methods 112 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,the control group were treated with conventional treatment of Xueshuantong injection, while the treatment group, on the basis of conventional treatment, were given Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection with Xueshuantong injection.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86% ,while it was 78.57% in the control group.The differences between the two groups were of statistical significance.Conclusion Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection with Xueshuantong injection to treat acute cerebral infarction is effective without untoward effects, which can further increase the clinical effects on sufferers with acute cerebral infarction.
