摘 要:理论分析了定向耦合器监测端脉冲信号波形与辐照等效源波形的关系,实验研究了在定向耦合器输入功率不变的前提下,直通端阻抗的变化对耦合端监测功率的影响,证明了理论分析的正确性,仿真分析了对称定向耦合器耦合端和直通端的相位差对监测波形的影响。结果表明:对于非线性互联系统,在保证系统响应相同的条件下,注入电压与辐照场强的关系是线性的;在系统端口匹配的情况下,监测电压与辐照等效源电压为线性关系;耦合端和直通端的相位差会导致监测波形畸变,应选用反对称或非对称定向耦合器作为监测设备。The relationship between the monitoring pulse waveform and the waveform of equivalent radiation source is analyzed theoretically for the directional coupler. The impact of variation of the through port impedance on monitoring power of coupled port is studied experimentally with constant input power of the directional coupler. Experimental result is consistent with theoretical analysis. The effect of phase difference between the coupled port and the monitoring on the monitoring waveform is simulateded. The results indicate that: ① the intensity of radiation field shows a linear relationship with the injection voltage for non-linear interconnection system with invariable response; ② the relationship between the monitoring voltage and the equivalent radiation supply voltage is linear when the system's ports are matched;③ the phase difference between coupled port and monitoring port will result in distortion of the monitoring waveform, so only antisymmetric or asymmetric directional coupler be chosen as monitoring device.
