摘 要:利用天然中草药科学配伍组成 3个配方 ,以 1 0 %相同比例 ,分别添加于 3个蛋鸡试验组中 ,经 30d饲喂 ,采集鸡蛋样品用原子吸收法测定。结果 ,4种主要微量元素Cu ,Fe ,Zn ,Se含量 ,组间差异不显著 (P >0 0 5) ,但试验 1组鸡蛋Zn含量 (1 188mg/ 10 0g)比普通鸡蛋 (1 0 10mg/ 10 0g)高17 6 2 % ,Se含量 (2 1 16 7μg/ 10 0g)比普通鸡蛋 (14 980 μg/ 10 0g)高 4 1 30 %Different natural Chinese herb medicines were composed into 3 formulas and added into the feed of layers in 3 experimental groups with the proportion of 1.0%. After 30d of feeding the samples of eggs were collected and tested with atomic absorption spetrophotometer. The results showed that the difference between experimental groups was not significant(P≥0.05) on the content of Cu, Fe, Zn, and Se. Zn content(1.18mg/100g)of the eggs in group 1 was 17.62% higher than CK(1.01mg/100g), and Se content(21.167μg/100g) in group 1 was 41.4% higher than CK(14.98μg/100g).
