摘  要:以四水硫酸铈和硫酸钛为原料,十二烷基硫酸钠为表面活性剂,通过直接投料微波合成法制备了掺铈纳米二氧化钛,并用XRD、SEM对其进行了表征。结果表明,直接投料掺杂铈量为硫酸钛物质的量的0.8%时的TiO2纳米复合物,500℃恒温热处理下晶型为锐钛矿型,形貌为许多粒子组成的多孔类球状结构。以催化降解甲基橙为模型来考察其可见光光催化活性。讨论了光催化剂投加量、溶液pH值、H2O2的加入量以及铈掺杂的用量等因素对光催化性能的影响。当催化剂用量为1.2 g/L,溶液pH为2,H2O2的体积分数为0.003时,可见光催化效果最好,2 mg/L的甲基橙溶液在降解50 min后,降解率达到94.0%。Cerium doped titanium dioxide nanocomposite was prepared with cerium (IV) nitrate tetrahydrate and titanium sulfate as raw materials and sodium dodecyl sulfate as surfactant under the microwave irradiation. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scan- ning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the as-prepared nanocomposite with the inventory molar ratio of 0.8 % calcined at 500 ~C for 2 h is anatase, the morphology is the porous spherical structure composed of many particles. The photocatalytic activity of the as-prepared samples was also studied by using the degradation of the methyl orange. The effect factors on the photo-catalytic activities of the composite were investigated, such as the content of the doped ce- rium, pH value, dosage of hydrogen peroxide, and dosage of the cerium doped nanocomposite, etc. When the catalyst dosage is 1.2 g/L, the pH value is 2, the volume fraction of H2O2 is 0. 003, the photocatalytic effect is the best and the degradation rate of the sample for the methyl orange of 2 mg/L reaches 94.0% in 50 rain.
