摘　　要：促进加工贸易转型升级仍是未来一定时期我国贸易领域的一项重大课题。中西部地区在承接东部沿海地区加工贸易的过程中表现出一定优势,但在如何实现转型升级上仍需进一步提升。基于对重庆市的调研分析,本文建议加工贸易领域应实现企业主体的多元化以及产业结构和劳动力结构的合理化,引导加工贸易企业从贴牌生产向自主品牌发展,从单一外贸型向内外贸一体型转变。同时,应注重改善金融发展环境,提升金融服务于实体经济的能力和水平;明确财税优惠政策,确保相关政策的制度化和可持续性。There exist some certain advantages when Central and Western regions of China are undertaking the processing trade of eastern coastal areas, but how to achieve the transformation and upgrade of processing trade still needs to be promoted. Based on a research and analysis of Chongqing, this paper suggests that the processing trade field needs to achieve the goal of diversification of corporate body and rationalization of the structure of labor force, guide the processing trade enterprises to develop their own brands and transform the single foreign trade to the common development of domestic and foreign trade. At the same time, some relevant policies are also important.
