摘  要:目的:探讨卵母细胞第一极体形态对提高卵胞浆内单精子显微注射受精率以及胚胎质量的影响。方法:选择60对不孕不育夫妇为研究对象,根据卵母细胞第一级体形态分为A、B、C三组,比较三组卵母细胞受精情况及胚胎发育差异。结果:A组卵母细胞受精后,受精卵3分者占85.0%,明显高于B组(55.0%)和C组(25.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组胚胎发育为A级占65.0%,明显高于B组(40.0%)和C组(10.0%),C级占5.0%,明显低于B组(20.0%)和C组(35.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ICSI受精时,根据第一极体选用卵母细胞,能明显提高受精率,确保胚胎质量。Objective: To investigate the influence of the ooeytes first polar body morphology on the fertilization rate and embryo quality in the intracytoplasmic sperm injection.Methods: 60 infertile couples were as research objects, were divided into A, B, C group based on the oocytes first polar body morphology, fertilization and embryo development differences were compared.Results: After oocytes fertilization, 85.0% of ertilized ovum was 3 score in group A, was significantly higher than that in group B(55.0%) and group C (25.0%), and there was statistically significant(P〈O.05).Embryos with A-class in group A was account for 65.0%, significantly higher than that in group B(40.0%) and group C(10.0%), embryos with C-class was accounted for 5.0%, significantly lower than that in group B(20.0%) and group C(35.0%), there was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion: When carring out ICSI, selecting oocytes according to the first polar body, can significantly improve the fertilization rate, to ensure the embryo quality.
